Registration Form


The registration on the Accompanying Persons programme or on the activities "The day before" (Visit to LNEC) or "The day after" (Surf day or Green and gold tour) can be made later than the registration on the conference. However, the number of participants in these activities is limited. Please send an email to cursos@lnec.pt with the data  of the participants in the activities - first name, last name and, in the case of registration on the Surf day, the age - as well as the name and the contact of the participant in INGEO2017.

Registration (both conference and social activities)  closes on the 6th of October 2017.

The registration fees of the participants (normal or student) include:

  • Attendance to all sessions
  • Proceedings
  • Participation in the conference dinner
  • Participation in the walking tour in downtown Lisbon
  • Coffee breaks and lunches

The accompanying persons programme includes only the walking tour and conference dinner. Naturally, accompayning persons can also join the Day After experiences (an after-conference activity on the 21st of October 2017).

If the participant wishes, different receipts will be issued for the complementary activities (accompanying persons and/or "Day after")

Authors must register, and pay, until 31st of July 2017 (deadline for early bird registration).
Registrations made during the early bird period must be paid until 31st of July 2017; otherwise standard fee applies.

Student fee applies to students aged 35 or under. It is required to provide a student proof (send by email to formacao@lnec.pt) in order to complete the registration: an official document (copy of a student card which shows the year(s) of enrolment or a letter) from an educational institution.

If payment is made by bank transfer we must receive a copy of the bank transfer document as proof of payment by the payment deadline.



Cancellation policy

Cancellations received up to 15th of September 2017: the paid registration fee is fully refunded.
Cancellations received up to 6th of October 2017: 50% of the registration fee is reimbursed.
No refund is made for cancellations received after 6th of October 2017 or for registered participants who fail to attend.
Cancellations of participants with paper accepted, if received up to 1st of September 2017, the paid registration fee is fully refunded. No refund for cancellations received after this date.
Bank transfer expenses are applied.

The registration can be transferred to another person, at no cost, if we are informed until 13th of October 2017.
